MSN in RP SLOW even with the FIX?

This is because almost the whole of RP is connecting to yandao.com's server...imagine how much load that is....the server of cos would lag...there should be around thousands and thousands of ppl using his server today....i am trying to set up my own server as welll but my server wont be able to hold that much because my server does heavy transfers.....so most probably my server would only be given to ppl close to me and friends...

As for others you could google for socks4 lists and use socks that are using port 80/8080/443...443 has not much traffic in RP so that would be a gd port to use...but its hard to find good ones....if any one finds good ones...pls share! You could tag my blog and tell me and i will help u spread the message....

Problems connecting to socks:
MSN plus was one issue....please make sure you have the latest version of MSN Plus if you are using socks...you could google for socks problems with msn plus to find out more....
