Japanese food is so popular nowadays and I am sure that some of our
readers would like to be able to put together some simple Japanese
dishes at home.
Later in the series, we will also be covering miso soup, charshu ramen and chawanmushi.
Chef Tsutomo Kondo, or Chef Tom for short. Chef Tom is married to a Singaporean lady and has lived in Singapore for 15 years. He is as adapt at cooking miso soup as he is at making Laksa.
