Problem: You discover yet another killer Business Hacks post while perusing your feeds in Google Reader, but you can’t easily download it for future reference.

Solution: Google Reader’s new Send To option, which, in addition to providing quick links to services like Digg, Facebook, and Twitter, lets you create a custom Save As PDF option. Here’s how to make it happen:

Fire up Google Reader and click Settings, followed by the Send To link. Check the boxes next to any services you want to add to your Send To menu, and then click Create a custom link.

Now you’ll need to copy and paste the following into the three provided fields:

Name: Save as PDF
URL: http://savepageaspdf.pdfonline.com/pdfonline/pdfonline.asp?cURL=${url}
Icon URL: http://www.adobe.com/lib/com.adobe/template/icon/pdf.gif

Then click Save and you’re done! Now just look at the bottom row of options for any blog post and you’ll see the new Send To option:

Of course, we’d love it if you’d share your favorite posts with Digg, Facebook, Twitter, and all the rest. This new menu makes that easy for all you Google Reader users. Thanks in advance! [via Digital Inspiration]

This is a really useful hack man!
